OUR
PHILOSOPHY |
Our goal as Early Childhood educators is to provide an
educationally enriched, healthy, and safe environment geared
to the needs of each child, and enjoyable to everyone. We
practice a Developmentally Appropriate curriculum and allow
the children to learn through exploration while building
their confidence.
Our teacher’s work collaboratively to create lessons that
are interesting and fun to the students while working to
develop skills that meet the needs of the whole child. Our
lessons are designed to meet and encourage various learning
strategies taking into consideration their interests,
readiness, and cognitive skills.
We strive to create learning experiences which connect to
the Massachusetts Frameworks and support the domains of
Early Childhood Learning: Social/Emotional, Self-Help,
Language Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Science,
History and Social Science, Creative Arts, Physical Health
and Development, and Approaches to Learning. Children are
encouraged to express their individual interests and
abilities through play, language, and artistic exploration.
When children learn at an early age how to express their
individuality while working with others they are able to
grow into happy, healthy adults with a strong sense of
identity.
At Amazing Kids, we are sensitive to the lifestyle of
today’s parents and provide meaningful opportunities for
family involvement. We encourage all members of the center
community, children, and parents to share their friendship
in an atmosphere of care and support for each other. Our
center is designed to encourage conversation between
teachers and parents.
We believe that a learning community is created when parents
and staff work together emphasizing the importance and value
placed on each child’s education.
